Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge is a trading card game in which you fight battles, either playing alone in Practice Mode or online against other players from all over the world. The battles last approximately 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the skill of both generals, so you can expect a relatively fast pace with a good dose of strategy.
Choose your favorite faction
After completing the Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge tutorial, which only takes 10 minutes, you can choose your favorite faction from all the armies of the Warhammer 40K universe. Depending on your chosen faction, you can play with certain generals and use different units and powers during battle. At your disposal, you'll find the Ultramarines, the Goff Clan of the Orks, the Saim-Hann of the Eldar, the Sauketh Dynasty of the Necrons, the Black Legion of Chaos, and the Tyranids. Each faction also has its own campaign, which allows you to acquire special cards.
Strategic and action-packed battles
The gameplay of Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge is similar to other popular TCGs, such as Hearthstone or Legends of Runeterra. Your objective during battle is to destroy the enemy general before the enemy destroys yours. Each turn, you receive one additional energy point, so if you only have two points in the first round, then in the second round, you'll have three, and so on. By using this energy, you can deploy your units on the battlefield. In doing so, the most important thing to remember is the wide variety of synergies and combos you can create by combining the different abilities on each card.
A variety of game modes
On Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, there are three main game modes. On the one hand, there is Practice Mode, which you can play alone by fighting against the artificial intelligence and improving your skills against all kinds of opponents. You can also play the popular Draft Mode, in which you have to make a random deck by choosing from several packs of cards and then compete against other players who have done the same. Finally, there is Multiplayer Mode, where you can measure your deck and your skills against those of other players online. The more games you win, the higher your level and the better your next opponents will be.
